BS Mailing List
This is a mailing list script written in Perl which allows webmasters to maintain an e-mail mailing list.
Administrators can send an e-mail to everyone on the list and manage/delete a subscribers. The script also enables the recipient to add and remove themselves from the list. This script works best for small websites who don't plan to have more than 500-1000 subscribers.
